California's Lamsco West, Inc. Becomes Newest Member of The Boeing Company's Nationwide Aerial Refueling Tanker Team

SANTA CLARITA, Calif., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Lamsco West, Inc. is pleased to announce it has been selected by The Boeing Company to support its nationwide team to compete for the U.S. Air Force's new fleet of aerial refueling tankers.  Based in Santa Clarita, Lamsco West, Inc. has been supplying engineered details, standards, laminated sheet and aerospace parts categorized as shims, stampings and flat pattern parts to Boeing for over 40 years.  

By joining with Boeing to become part of the United States Tanker team, Lamsco West, Inc. will become eligible to increase orders if Boeing is awarded the U.S. Air Force tanker contract in mid-2010.  Lamsco West, Inc. currently makes engineered details, standards, and laminated sheet for Boeing's 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787 programs.
